HERSTELLEN DOE JE ZELF (RECOVERY YOU DO IT YOURSELF)
This course is developed by experience experts. It is about organizing your own life in a way you feel it is good for you. Together with other participants who want to take their lives back after a difficult period. You will be working on e.g. recovery, how to make choices, ask for support and determine goals.
WORKING WITH YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE
Are you planning to become an experience expert but are you not so sure if this is it for you, than “Working with your own experience” is a perfect course to investigate.
During this course you learn how to work with parts of your own story, you can work on your employee skills en you will learn more about this profession and the possibilities.
We recommend you to follow “Herstellen doe je zelf” (recovery you do it yourself) first.
“Working with your own experience” is facilitated by Niki Peters. It is free of charge but we would appreciate it if you can think of something to contribute somehow.
There is a possibility that when you sign up it appears to be full. We will inform you about that and put you on a list and keep you informed about the start of the following course.

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) was developed in 1997 by Mary Ellen Copeland, from her own experience with psychological disruption. WRAP is an instrument for selfinvenstigation. To find out what works for you. You decide what you share, when and with whom
It is for everybody who wants to take responsibility for his/her own well-being and want to find out what works for him or her.
WRAP has no connection with roles and diagnostic frameworks. It is no signalling plan. With WRAP you cannot replace other help or medications
De WRAP contains the following:
– Five keynotes: hope, personal responsibility, own development, stand up for yourself and support
– Een toolkit for a good feeling
– Themes for recovery that offers deepening.
There are 6 action plans:
- Daily maintenance
- Early warning signs
- Signals of getting off track
- Crisis plan
- Past-crisis plan
